This 5.4-mile course takes place at Buttermilk State Park. This course starts on the path next to the bridge from the main Buttermilk parking lot. It then heads back through the parking lot, up the hill, and alongside Treman Lake before returning on the same course. You do not have to run the 1.25-mile loop around the Larch Meadow that’s used in the FLRC race course.
There is paid parking within the park, or you can park at one of the businesses slightly closer to Ithaca on Elmira Road.
