The Mother’s Day 5K kicks off the Cortland YMCA’s annual 5K series. The race starts and ends at Durkee Park, and the road course takes runners through the historic village of Homer, NY. All proceeds benefit the Cortland County Family YMCA and Cortland County SPCA.

A fast, flat, out-and-back 5K at Sampson State Park to benefit the Friends of the Interlaken Public Library. The Friends of IPL is a fundraising nonprofit organization that raises money to directly support the Interlaken Public Library. This year’s Highland 123 trail race on May 27th  has a few new options: the 10-mile option is the RRCA NYS championship the 3 will be a full 50k. there is a relay option for those who like to run team events. Come run the Forest!
