Come work out with FLRC on Tuesday nights throughout the winter and try to improve your time in the mile. (Since New Year’s is on a Tuesday, the first group will be on Thursday, January 3.) The Tuesday night group will then begin meeting weekly at Cornell’s Barton Hall starting January 9.
It’s worth arriving at 6:55 PM since we’ll try to start dynamic warmups at 7:00 PM sharp, followed by 10 minutes of jogging, before we get into the meat of the workout. At the end of the workout, we’ll reverse the process, jogging for 10 minutes and then finishing off with a strength and mobility routine. Workout details will be shared before each session.
The Barton indoor track is open to FLRC members in good standing and all members of the Cornell campus community (faculty, staff, and students.) Joining the MITHACAL MILERS group is free, but you must sign the waiver if you haven’t already.
