The Madness Elimination Trail, aka, Trail Prom is a co-ed team trail running event at Highland Forest. All runners will be sent out on a marked course. As runners come through the finish line, their individual times will be added to their teammates. The fastest team times will move forward to the next round. At the end of the 3rd round, the winning team will be crowned M.E.T. Champions!
