This is a USATF-certified course (NY16060JG) located in scenic Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, New York. The course is a flat and fast run along a paved roadway and walking trails through the park. Pre-registration Fee: $15 without a T-shirt, $30 with a T-shirt Race Day Registration: $25 (without a T-shirt)

Flat, certified (NY83004TC) out and back course along the East Shore of Onondaga Lake. Start at Willow Bay, turn around near the Yacht Club, and finish at Willow Bay. To get to the start, enter the park via Long Branch Road. Register here.

The Lighthouse 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is in its eighth year. All ages and abilities are welcome.  The course is flat and fast, following paved and dirt roads around Myers Park and Salt Point. It benefits the Lansing Cross County program.
