This 5k race was established to raise money for graduating seniors from Spencer-Van Etten High School, and to promote health. All runners are welcome to have fun and to compete. Teams are welcome too! Registration information can be found at: PantherProwl5k.com We hope to see you there!

Small race with BIG technical challenges. Choose 5K or 10K course. Format changes this year include rolling starts (8:00 to 9:15 AM), no day-of registration, and no after-party. Friends and families can run together. No age-group awards, but prizes will be given through random drawings. Face masks must be worn until you’re on the trail…. Read more »
