Join us for the 6th Annual Mud, Sweat & Cheers 5k race and 5K challenge course race, to honor the late Corporal Chris Bordoni.
The 5k race starts at 8:30am. The 5k Challenge race begins soon thereafter at Island Health & Fitness and follows the Cayuga Waterfront Trail. Along the way participants face seven physical challenges that test physical and mental toughness. The 5K challenge race is a team focused event with 4 to 5 participants on each team. The races is an un-timed event with the focus on finishing the race and leaving no teammate behind.
