Join us for the inaugural Turkey Chase 5 Mile “Kee Kee” Run in Clyde, NY the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving (November 21) to benefit the Clyde/Savanah HS senior class of 2021. A kee-kee or kee-kee-run is the maturing lost whistle of a young turkey transitioning into fall and winter. How appropriate!
The 5 Mile Turkey Chase course is half trail (Erie Canal) and half road (Rt 31)—very flat and quite fast. With many turkey trots going virtual we are excited to offer a pre-Thanksgiving, in-person race event. Great prizes for top finishers, fun swag, and finisher medals. A brisk 5-mile run/walk pre-Thanksgiving will earn you rights to that extra piece of pumpkin (or apple) pie five days later!
