I am a NYS representative volunteer with Scares That Care!, a non-profit organization dedicated to uniting fans of horror and all things “spooky” to help families affected by childhood disease and illness, women fighting breast cancer, and burn victims. Scares That Care! is a 100% volunteer organization and all net proceeds go directly to the families we support.
Scares That Care! will be holding it’s annual Charity Weekend convention in Williamsburg, VA August 3rd-5th 2018 featuring celebrities and vendors broadly related to the horror genre in order to unite fans and raise money for the families we support. One of the convention’s most successful fundraisers is the Scares That Care Charity 5K Race and Kids Fun Run.
