Come get a baseline test of your indoor mile time, then continue to work out with us on Tuesday nights throughout the winter and try to improve on your time. The time trial is 7:00 p.m. on December 18, at Barton Hall on the Cornell Campus. The Tuesday night group will begin meeting weekly in early January. More details coming soon!
The time trial and workouts are free, but registration is required for the time trial for timing and waiver purposes. If you plan to come to workouts but can’t make the time trial, please still register so you’re signing the waiver. Register and sign the waiver here.
