This is certified fast, flat course throughout Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, NY that is held in conjunction with the annual Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally (https://www.spiediefest.com/). It is 22nd year for the memorial race for Kelly LaBare—an avid runner who died from a cardiac arrhythmia at age 25.
