Race at 1 p.m. Live Music with Drew Kiddoo & The Blackouts and Chicken BBQ starting at 2 p.m.
September also means it’s time for our annual Chicken Run! The Chicken Run is our annual 2-mile Brooktondale fun run to benefit the Brooktondale Community Center. Signup for runners (all ages and abilities welcome, walkers too!) is available now at the Market’s front counter. Registration is $15 for adults, $10 for youth aged 15 and under. All proceeds go to the BCC. First and second place runners in both adult and youth categories will win prizes.
We’ll have live country/western/bluegrass music with Drew Kiddoo and The Blackouts from 2-4 p.m. and a Chicken BBQ at the Market immediately following the race. It’s a great day to spend time with friends and neighbors and help support the Brooktondale Community Center at the same time!
