I hope you are enjoying your summer! I wanted to tell you we are hosting our 5k/10k again this year in support of Sustainability for Scholarships! We have made some changes to benefit the racers and the experience.
The event will be held on Sept. 22 at Le Moyne College. Food, raffle chances, and a race bag (with shirt) are included in the registration. The theme will again be throwback to the 80s with music throughout the course, prizes and more. We are hosting it during family weekend in order to increase participation from the Le Moyne community, and we’re adding a 10K track to provide a new challenge for racers. This year we are bringing in a professional timing company to bring the event to the next level!
This is our fourth year doing this race and last year the event allowed us to create a whole scholarship for a Le Moyne veteran.
