2nd Annual Empire Road Race Series 10K and 2-Person Relay at PorchFest Sunday, August 26. Start at 8:40 AM. 65 Rotary Ave [Race Headquarter], Binghamton, NY. The second annual Empire Road Race Series 10K will kick-off the Binghamton PorchFest Music Festival, held on the Westside of Binghamton. This year we are adding a 2-Person Relay.
