The Cortland YMCA’s Chiro Run 5K is a trail run that takes runners through Cortland’s wooded Water Works. A rare chance to get inside this usually closed and beautiful area! All proceeds benefit the Cortland County Family YMCA, sponsored by Kennedy Chiropractic.
